This dovetails to then alleged investigation a.k.a. the Kenneth Starr Box Dance into the assassination of Vincent W. Foster. 

It should be noted that Starr used a company out of Arkansas called Type Works to assist Rodenhurst and the NSA in the espionage specifically directing their attention towards then Vice-President Albert Gore Jr.

Reference: it should be noted that General Vernon Walters, Vince Foster and Gore were part of the team that issued the arrest warrant for noted Bush-Clinton Bagman Mega-MOSSAD Operative Marc Rich and two days after the attempt to arrest Rich was foiled, Foster was found dead in Fort Marcy Park.
