Formal Warning & Directives to Larry Lawson:
RE: Criminal Harassment; Libel
& Slander
Mr. Lawson:
This is the first letter I have ever written to you and it will be the last. Consider this a formal warning in regard to the libelous writings by you and others whose messages you are responsible for posting on your yahoo group, LL News.
Also as to any and all slanderous statements made by you and your guests on any radio programs you may have hosted and aired.
I warn you now and direct you to immediately cease and desist from using my name (Barbara Hartwell) in your own writings or contained in any material written by others posted on your yahoo group and on any and all radio programs.
I also issue a directive for you to REMOVE my name from any archived messages posted on your board.
For your information, I have collected an extensive file of your libelous writings and postings about myself, which serves as evidence of your violations of my civil and legal rights.
You do not know me. You know nothing about me, my background, my credentials, my professional or personal life. That is evident by the outrageous lies and character assassination you have posted about me on your message board.
I had never heard of you or your moronic message board until several of my associates brought it to my attention that my name was repeatedly being used in libelous statements by you and your fellow conspirators.
What you and your cohorts, in collusion and conspiring to ruin my personal and professional reputation, may believe about me is a matter of no concern to me. However, the lies and libel you are PUBLISHING about me are a matter of great concern to me, as well as to members of my family, including, but not limited to, my son Keith Maximilian Hartwell and my sister, Irene Adrian.
What you may THINK you know; or any slanderous and libelous misinformation which has come to your attention via third parties, also conspiring to defame my character; hurl vulgar and obscene insults at me; or otherwise attempt to defame my reputation; is also of no concern to me. However the defamation of my character, obscene insults and lies which you are PUBLISHING on your yahoo groups message board, are a matter of great concern to me.
These libleous writings, character assassination and obscene insults have caused serious damages to me as well as ancillary damages to certain of my professional colleagues, family members and friends.
You are also in legal violation of the "Terms of Service" clause published on the Yahoo groups site. Specifically as per the following violations:
MEMBER CONDUCT.
You agree to NOT to use the Service to:Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
"stalk" or otherwise harass another.
In connection to these violations of terms of service, I hereby again demand that you cease and desist from such violations in reference to using my name or posting my name in any manner that is:
unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
I also demand a public retraction and apology for stated violations, signed by you.
For your information, I have also written similar letters of warning to several other parties with whom you have been in collusion and conspiring to harass me and to defame my personal and professional reputation:

Currently employed by TSA (Under Dep't of Homeland Security) as a baggage screener, but lying by claiming that she is an "undercover Fed" (as stated on her flynn'sghost yahoo group and on your site as well, by you personally.)Negri was terminated form her last place of employment at Swan Legal Services in Los Angeles, CA for theft of services; using the office computer to write libelous material about myself, Al Martin and Stew Webb after we filed formal complaints. Negri stole thousands of dollars, as per the testimony of her employer, Delia Swan, by running up numerous phone bills and using the metered mail system; unuathorized by her employer.

Mr. Stewart has written and published libelous and defamatory material about myself as well as about my friend and colleague ex-FBI agent Geral Sosbee.Shirley Anderson

Formal complaints have been filed against her for using the library computer in Jamestown to write libelous hate messages about myself and others who made formal complaints. Her computer privileges were denied at the library as a result of the formal complaints.Anderson also attempted to run criminal scams for financial gain on several associates of mine. She regularly also engages in drunk and disorderly conduct for which she has been arrested. Anderson also falsely claims to be a victim/survivor of MK Ultra. I can assure you that the CIA has never heard of Ms. Anderson up until the time she began to harass me.
All of these individuals have engaged in libel, slander and harassment of myself and respectively, certain of my friends, professional colleagues and family members.
All of these individuals, in my opinion, are severely mentally disturbed. I know for a fact, and have evidence from public records and reliable witnesses that Negri and White have been incarcerated in psychiatric hospitals as a result of this mental illness.
All of these individuals, in my opinion, engage in activities which are morally repugnant and are thus devoid of any integrity or honor. They are all pathological liars. And so, Mr. Lawson, as is very clear, are you.
Mr. Lawson, if THESE are the type of individuals you wish to associate with; if you wish to tout this ilk of person, i.e. the mentally disturbed; sexually perverted; functionally illiterate; and criminal element of society, then that is certainly your prerogative. It has nothing to do with me.
However, when you conspire with these individuals to harass me; defame my reputation and PUBLICLY claim that these individuals are doing a "service" by "exposing" myself and others, as "bogus patriots"; "gov't spooks"; "slime" ; "crud"; "CIA plants"; "witches"; etc. etc. then you have overstepped your bounds, both morally and legally.
And mark my words this day: I will not tolerate any further such transgressions against me, by you or by your cohorts, the bearers of false witness and sowers of discord.
You are hereby advised to take these warnings and directives seriously.
If my directives and demands are not met with due diligence; if you do not expedite these matters to my satisfaction within a period of two (2) weeks from this day, April 3, 2003; on or before the date of April 17, 2003, I will proceed with legal action against you on both civil and criminal charges.
This is not a threat, Mr. Lawson. It is a promise.
