Russian Intelligence has fingered Soros for using cross-collateralized compounded Swedish and Danish foreign currency derivatives for the purpose of an attack on the Russian stock market.

Note: Soros use of these cross-collateralized compounded derivatives utilizing Luxembourg banks violates the terms of the Basil II European Union banking agreement.

Item: Both the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and European INTERPOL are preparing a "Red Notice" against not only Soros but Bush-Clinton Crime Family Syndicate financial stooge Marc Rich and his Swiss-based Richfield Commodities Brokerage firm.

Putin has also recently confronted Federal Reserve Chairman Bernard Bernanke and told him that the Russian Federation will no longer tolerate the use of individuals like George Soros and Marc Rich in massive foreign currency derivative fraud that is destabilizing the world economy.

In other words, folks, there will be NO backdoor QE3 using derivatives tied to George Soros and Marc Rich.

P.S. We can also divulge that the government of Greece has joined John Hancock insurance company in a class action lawsuit against the criminal U.S. banking giants Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan.

The class action lawsuit accuses both Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan of fraudulent sales practices in the marketing of bogus mortgage-backed securities from the year 2003 to 2007.

Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan sold these bogus financial instruments to the government of Greece while at the same time they were actually shorting these financial instruments in offshore hedge funds on the Isle of Man and the Cayman Islands.

Japanese Yen Gate Update 4 Revaluation

UNITED STATES of America - It can now be reported that the Japanese government, with the approval of the G7, is ready to intervene and buy U.S. dollars so as to weaken the value of artificially high Japanese yen and move the currency from an exchange rate of 129.27 (reciprocal 77.5) to a more competitive rate of 124.00 (reciprocal 80.6).

The Japanese are also prepared to sell part of their asset reserves to accomplish their goal.

This is all part of a G7 balancing act involving the current European Union derivative crisis, that involves U.S. banking giants J. P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs.

P.S. Both J. P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs have been using Japanese yen and Canadian dollar derivatives to create asset bubbles in worldwide commodity and precious metal markets.

UNITED STATES of America - It can now be reported that the privately owned U.S. Federal Reserve, lead by its Chairman Bernard Bernanke, engaged in three (3) questionable acts in the two weeks preceding the Federal Reserve decision not to proceed with a QE3.

Note: The Fed decision to cap long term interest rates allowed them to defer their toxic derivatives to the back end of the yield curve.

This will allegedly allow the Fed to consider a future stimulus without the threat of inflation or creating a new asset bubble.

As reported in our last intelligence briefing, two weeks ago the Fed directly intervened in the Japanese government attempt to buy U.S. dollars and weaken the Japanese yen (the overvalued yen threatens to throw Japan into a depression).

Item: In less than 48 hours time the Japanese yen traded in an unprecedented range between 129.50 (reciprocal 77.2) and 125.50 (reciprocal 79.6).

This unprecedented swing is now under Japanese government investigation and, as we bring you this intelligence briefing, the commitment of traders report indicate an unprecedented 8 to 1 ratio of longs vs shorts.

We will now continue with the chronology of the Feds activity.

Last week preceding the Fed's announcement at Jackson Hole, the privately owned Federal Reserve completed two (2) trillion plus dollars credit default swaps overseas with UBS Switzerland and the European Central Bank.

Note: Credit default swaps are actually electronically generated bridge loans that can be made between banks on a 24 hour basis for the purpose of speculation on the appreciation or depreciation of foreign currencies. These electronically generated bridge loans are similar to the lines of credit given to preferred customers at Las Vegas casinos.

has accused the U.S. Federal Reserve and its Chairman, Bernard Bernanke, of directly

interfering in Japan's attempt to devalue the Japanese Yen.

Overvalued yen, recently reported their net exports at a record low of a

-3.3% in their last quarter.

Roughly two weeks ago the Japanese government directly intervened in the foreign currency market by buying U.S. dollars for the purpose of devaluing their yen at a more

It can now be reported that the government of the Irish Republic has frozen millions of dollars worth of derivatives aka toxic assets currently on the books of the Allied Irish Bank as well as the Anglo Irish Bank.

This emergency action comes after a recent, new stress test on both Irish and British banks conducted by Swiss officials, who currently are employed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
