Ambassador Leo Wanta is still not being paid. It can now be reported that the 4.5 trillion dollars due the U.S. Treasury, aka implementation of the Reagan-Mitterrand Protocols, are still not being fulfilled.
Ambassador Wanta, the U.S. Intelligence Trustee, is in charge of the disbursements. Other sources allege that the Protocol funds, are being used to fund 30 major U.S. corporations and support the U.S. stock market between now and the election in November.
The lynchpin
corporation is Saudi-owned CITI Bank and are using the Reagan-Mitterrand funds
to create derivatives in gold and oil greater than the GNP of the European
Union.
Accordingly unless these funds are dispersed properly an economic train wreck is
awaiting the entire world after the U.S. election. Noted British-Yiddish Box
Syndicate groups linked to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board
of Options, are also in on this ponzi scheme.
One might call it Chicago 9-11 Box Headquarters, aka the pre-9-11 American Turkish Counsel UAL Put Options. Reference: The Protocol funds are still being used to accrue interest and launder campaign funds to the preferred Bush-Clinton Crime Syndicate politicians.
Example, Barach
Obama (D. Ill.) backed by the criminally culpable Sara Lee Corp. out of Chicago;
Sara Lee backed both Bill Bradley and Bushfraud in the Year 2000 U.S.
Presidential Election against duly elected President Albert Gore.
Note: Obama, a British Intelligence stooge, who stands for nothing except voting
for the Iraq War, has been anointed by Newsweek and British Intelligence, as a
Hillary (Lesbian-in-the-closet) Rodenhurst-Clinton firewall. It should be noted
that Hillary, Bushfraud and Obama are tied to the Rahm Immanuel-Israeli Mossad-Chicago
Mercantile Exchange Box Gang.

As of this hour the 'set asides' still owe the Republic of France, Five Billion
Dollars for their work with Ambassador Wanta, Jean-Pierre Touseau, and the
destabilization operation of the Russian Ruble.
It should be noted that Vladimir Putin was U.S.-French Intelligence's 'Inside
Man' during this operation in the USSR during the 1980's. The operation was
directed against Mikhail Gorbachov, who by the way, was simultaneously being
supported by Daddy Bush, Margaret Thatcher and Lord Alexander as well as the
British Chancellor of the Exchequer.
Note: It was Lord Alexander who set up Dov Trading, to steal the U.S.-French
funds and launder them back through the U.S. Federal Reserve and the Sara Lee
Box Operation out of Chicago. Alexander was eventually detained in the USSR and
strip searched when the new Russian government became aware that Alexander was
an embezzler.
It gets worse, Vladimir Putin, now blackmailing Bushfraud, and directly funding
Scripts in North Korea, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and openly disregarding any
attempts by U.S. Foreign Policy-makers to stop the worldwide brushfires.
American boys are dying every day thanks to Vladimir Putin, and what does
Bushfraud tell Bill O'Reilly? "Putin is my best friend."
With friends like that, who needs enemies?
