Weldon’s Paris trips tied
to cover-up of 9/11 French intelligence intercepts

LOS ANGELES—October 19, 2006—TomFlocco.com—International
and federal agents active and retired within a worldwide executive
intelligence network are reporting that Congressman Curt Weldon (R-7-PA) has
made five trips to Paris during the last few years while French intelligence
surveillance stakeouts filmed and taped Weldon’s hotel activities and
meetings with Israeli—Iranian double agent Manucher Ghorbanifar.
“Weldon used Ghorbanifar as an intermediary to contact French neo
conservative and Israeli Mossad politician Nicolas Sarkozy for the purpose of
compromising French intelligence in acquiring their July, 2001 cable
intercepts indicating the September 11 plot was operational on U.S. soil,”
said national security authority Thomas Heneghan.
“These are the same intercepts warning that an attack on America was
imminent which the French sent to the White House in July before the attacks;
but Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and President Bush ignored this
intelligence assistance from the French—costing 3,000 lives on 9/11,” he
said.

“Unfortunately, Mr. Weldon walked into a French
intelligence trap,” said Heneghan. “There are photos and electronic
recordings of the congressman’s activities in Paris; and the French
government has impaneled a Sarkozy grand jury while cooperating jointly with
the FBI and Justice Department regarding the previously clandestine Weldon
grand jury, impaneled since last May.”
While the national media is reporting that the raids were conducted for the
purpose of seeking evidence related to an FBI and Justice Department sale of
influence probe regarding Russian and Serbian contracts benefiting Weldon’s
daughter and her business partner Charles P. Sexton, Heneghan said government
agents were also seeking espionage evidence to confirm information already
acquired.
The U.S. intelligence expert told TomFlocco.com last night that the
French government is considering charging Sarkozy with espionage against
France on behalf of the Russian Federation and Israel while also revealing
that “Sarkozy is a Russian sleeper and Curt Weldon is his liaison in the
United States—this has been operational for years.”
Heneghan’s network of intelligence sources revealed that a U.S. grand jury
is investigating both Weldon and Rep. Peter Hoekstra (R-2-MI) for espionage
against the United States and NATO on behalf of Israel and the Russian
Federation. Hoekstra accompanied Weldon on at least one of the trips to Paris.
We were told about a specific dinner in Paris when Congressman Weldon met
Ghorbanifar and another Israeli at the Café Metro on the Left Bank in Paris
where all three conversed clearly into bugged flower pots situated in the
middle of their table.
French President Jacques Chirac has ordered a massive investigation of Sarkozy;
and a French source said Sarkozy’s 25 properties are being raided overnight
by French authorities as this story goes to print into Thursday morning. This,
while the source told Heneghan, “you are creating intelligence nuclear
winter.”
“Sarkozy was the one who recently leaked the ‘Osama bin Laden is dead’
document which was designed to undermine the real French intelligence report
indicating that bin Laden had been dead since December, 2001—not August,
2006,” said Heneghan.

Weldon’s primary contact in France was Manucher
Ghorbanifar, an expatriate Iranian arms dealer and former middleman in the
Reagan Iran-Contra affair who reportedly re-emerged prior to the 2003 invasion
of Iraq as a neo-con intelligence source linked to the Bush 43 Pentagon for
those who are seeking regime change in Iran.
“Arms dealers Ghorbanifar and Khashoggi were both involved with the Bushes
and Clintons regarding an illegal worldwide weapons for narcotics
syndicate,” said federal whistleblower Stewart Webb (StewWebb.com),
who added “the 1992 civil suit against Charles Keating, Silverado Savings
and Loan and the Saudi-European Investment Group, including former Texas
Governor John Connolly, were all linked to both arms dealers, the operation of
which has evolved into what is today described by the Bush administration as
‘al Qaeda’ and its accompanying terrorist cells.”
“Weldon wanted to meet Ghorbanifar and Sarkozy in Vienna, but it was
requested that the meetings had to be held in Paris,” said Heneghan last
night.
“Americans don’t understand the significance of the Weldon FBI raids yet.
The Bureau is looking for evidence of espionage in addition to the sale of
political influence and bribery of a United States congressman; and we
understand that a substantial number of documents and computers were
collected,” he said.
Other reports emanating out of Washington, DC confirmed that there are some
four months of electronic surveillance-acquired phone conversations to
buttress the evidence also collected by the French during Weldon’s trips to
Paris.
“The
reason the Bureau did not raid Weldon’s home and congressional offices in
addition to the raids on locations involving his daughter, her business
partner, their lawyer and a Russian corporate office and company owned beach
mansion in Florida is that congressional immunity via separation of powers
statutes would likely have negated the sequestering of any pertinent evidence
confiscated yesterday in the other raids,” said Heneghan.

This, while protest signs saying “independent
fighter for USSR” were seen at his last press conference—a play on
Weldon’s campaign yard signs which say “Independent fighter for US.”
The investigation is reportedly being supervised by the Justice Department
Public Integrity Section with the involvement of FBI offices in Philadelphia
and Washington.
Acknowledging that Weldon has made 33 trips to Russia during his congressional
career, Heneghan’s sources said the raid on the offices of Russia’s Itera
Energy Corporation revealed secret oil accounts linked to a Serbian named
Bogoljub Karic who has a direct relationship to Gary Best, the American
Turkish Council and more oil accounts linked to the Bush-Clinton crime
syndicate.
Weldon attempted to broker Karic and his brother’s entrance into the United
States to no avail as the State Department refused to issue their visas due to
links to mass murderer Slobodan Milosovic.
Former Florida Congressman William McCullum and Iran contra player Vaughan
Forest are linked to the secret account numbers which were confiscated in the
raid on the Itera offices in Jacksonville, also according to the intelligence
sources.
Forest is linked to a Bio-Solutions corporation connected to Gary Best’s
intelligence activities in Serbia and Bosnia during the Clinton
administration; and Bio-Solutions is working on vaccines to protect Americans
from biological terrorist attacks while linking both Best and Forest together
via Ralph Read, Tom DeLay and the Alexander Strategy Group.

questioned why Weldon made so many trips to Russia; but TomFlocco.com
has repeatedly emailed, called Weldon’s offices in Washington and Upper
Darby, had an open letter to Weldon printed in the News of Delaware County,
and we even spoke directly with him at his first debate regarding the
publication of the now public but top-secret
Cambone-Rumsfeld notes and their references to attacking Iraq on September 11
as America was itself under attack.
Cambone's written observations provide cryptic evidence that a commitment to
place Iraq on the front burner was foremost on the minds of Bush
administration officials almost simultaneously as the alleged
"hijackers" attacked America.
The notes also reveal Rumsfeld's full fixation on finding a justification
"related" to "or not" regarding Iraq
as perpetrator linked to 9/11 but also a contemporaneous reference and
acknowledgement during the attacks to Usama bin Laden and Saddam's son Udday
Hussein who wrote to Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding prior
knowledge of the September 11 attacks .
Given the raids linked to Congressman Weldon and intelligence reports
confirming grand juries on both sides of the Atlantic, it is becoming clear
why Mr. Weldon has refused to publicize the 9/11 contemporaneous notes or use
the power of his House Armed Services Committee to subpoena testimony from
Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and Under-Secretary of Defense for
Intelligence Dr. Stephen Cambone for the purpose of explaining in public their
explosive contents and their relationship to America’s war in Iraq.
