Colorado lawmakers face recall efforts for votes on gun control

Q: Which recalls are your organization helping to support?
A: Our recall petition is to recall Colorado State Senate District 3 Senator, Angela Giron, whom represents the bulk of Pueblo and Pueblo West.
Q: Where can I sign your petition?
A: We have set up petitions with all of the local gun stores, and those may be signed there during that store’s normal business hours. In addition, we also have weekend petition signing drives located throughout town where you may drive up and sign. We typically post locations for the petition drives a few days in advance on your Facebook page and here on our website.
Q: Do I have to sign in person?
A: Yes, as much as we would like to collect signatures via other methods, we have to verify your voter registration within CO Senate District 3 and have the petition notarized for authenticity. To help make sure your signature is counted as a valid signature towards the recall, it needs to be collected in person.
Q: Can we collect signatures from outside CO State Senate District 3?
A: Unfortunately not. Although anyone can sign the petition, only registered voters registered within District 3 will have their signature counted toward the total signature pool for our petition. If you are located outside of District 3, we are more than happy to help get you in touch with the folks running any recall efforts for your district!
Q: Do I have to live within your district to help or donate?
A: No! We can accept donations from anyone living anywhere, and to assist with our recall efforts you only need to be over the age of 18 and a registered voter.
