also aware that in the 1997 Denver Grand Jury settlement involving M&L
Business Machines Company-Executive Life, Leonard Millman,
Norman Brownstein, Former Energy Secretary and former Mayor of Denver Fredrico Pena who all were charged and paid nearly $100
million in fines and never went to Jail over Bribing Public Officials including
the Former U.S. Attorney in Arizona who took a Bribe to Obstruct Justice in the
above illegal acts of these men Charles Keating and others.
I
have been a Federal Whistleblower for over 25 years and once held as a
Political Prisoner and the case was dismissed with prejudice after being held
illegally for 10 ½ months, which will never happen again. I have a nationally

not an attorney and do not practice law, as an American I must report to a
Person in Authority when I as a Citizen see the possibilities of Felonies being
committed under 18 U. S. C. 4 The Federal Reporting Crime Act, by Tempe Court
Officials, Tempe Prosecutors and Tempe Police in an attempt to defying a United
States District Court Order in the following case if true:

to Kim Dyer a Court Ordered Stay in The United States District Court filed in
Arizona and under Appeal out of San Francisco Case Number 09-2347 PHX

According to Kim Dyer The Tempe Arizona Court and
Prosecutors have set a Court Trial date in January this month in what Kim Dyer
claims to be in violation of a stay in her case now under Appeal.
According to Kim Dyer Tempe Municipal Court Judges and
Tempe Prosecutors are in defiance of a Federal Court of Appeals stay.
According to Kim Dyer a Certified mailing to your Office was
done regarding this matter.
Would this mean that Arizona Officials are claiming they
have Seceded from The Union?
You Sir, as a U.S. Attorney are responsible for upholding
the Laws of the Land in your District, therefore I would request of you to look
into this serious matter of either defying a United States District Court Order
RICO or Arizona Just Seceded, which either are both very serious.
This is a very serious matter when Public Officials defy
The Rule of Law.

the Kim Dyers case it is obvious that she has been targeted, set up, that
Judicial and Prosecutorial Misconduct has occurred. Arizona has a reputation
for this type of misconduct.

so that In The Interest of Justice and that Due Process of Law may Prevail by
upholding the Law, if this is true, that an Appeal stay would prevent illegal
Prosecution of Kim Dyer by Tempe Judges and Prosecutors can
not illegally prosecute Kim Dyer.
Wouldn’t this be your Job as The
United States Attorney for the District of Arizona to enforce a United States
District Court Order?
I despise
seeing an innocent man or woman relinquish behind bars, when Corrupt
Politicians, Corrupt Judges and Corrupt Prosecutors are loose, to Commit
Crimes and Atrocities against their Constituents,
and the Public at large.
