As Commander and Chief of the United
States Military US President Barack Obama and as Vice President Joe Biden are
responsible personally for the Control of the US Military and there actions.

this page as I, Stew Webb am attacked by the United
States Military using Chinook Helicopters targeting me daily using Laser
Weapons knocking me to my knees.
Many
People who know of my whereabouts temporarily in Nebraska have witnessed these
fly over attacks, saying they have never see so many Helicopters in this City.
Some
reported to me they saw two weeks ago a Helicopter following down the street in
my Vehicle and circulating the House I am temporarily residing in.
A
Local Doctor admits they are trying to kill me.
Intelligence
sources have also indicated the same, all over my current Court Filings to
bring Justice to America.
