I love to share these types of documents since there are only a few copies in the USA I got my copy in 1996 from my good friend Bill McCoy the famous Iran Contra Private Investigator and former Criminal Investigator/U.S. Army Intelligence. I had known Bill since 1991 and we talked several times a week I had the honor of copying many documents when I stayed at Bills house on a trip to Fairfax, Virginia in 1993.
Bill was murdered in 1997 when he exposed George HW Bush and Israeli Mossad connections to the 1995 Oklahoma Bombing of the Federal Building and the Lieutenant Strassmeyer connections (German Intelligence) and the China nuclear secrets sold out of the White House Lincoln bedroom by Bill and Hillary Clinton in exchange for Illegal Political Contributions involving the Lippo Group (Chinese Intelligence) that owned Worthen Bank of Little Rock while Bill Clinton was Governor of Arkansas.
Intelligence sources indicated Bill was killed by the Israeli Mossad one day I will be doing an article on the life of Bill McCoy and the Investigations he had done and how he helped others including myself, Gene Chip Tatum, Terry Reed, Private Bill Tyree (FEMA), Ed Wilson (EATSCO), Bill Hamilton (Inslaw-Promise Software), Al Martin (Iran-Contra Whistleblower), Danny Casolaro (Journalist Murdered over The Octopus: Capison Indian Reservation-Inslaw).

When a foreign Government actually brings indictments against America’s Illuminati Zionist Organized Crime Syndicate and their stooges like Col. Ollie North of FOX News, Admiral John Poindexter, Secretary of Defense Casper Weinberg, Assistant attorney General William Richard Scruggs and others it makes my day.
The Costa Rica Government has actually requested extradition on several occasions why hasn’t the U.S. Justice Department arrested the persons named herein and turned them over to be tried for illegal drug and arms running ?
Maybe a private mercenary wanting to collect on a reward could arrest these gangsters.
A U.S. Grand Jury on March 16, 1988, returned a 23-count indictment charging Oliver North, John Poindexter, Richard Secord and Hakim with conspiracy to defraud the Government, theft of Government property and wire fraud. North was charged also with obstruction of congressional investigations and false statements to a congressional committee and the attorney general, shredding and altering official documents, acceptance of an illegal gratuity from General Richard Secord in the form of a home-security system, conversion of traveler’s checks and tax-fraud conspiracy North and Admiral John Poindexter were given Presidential Pardons December 24, 1992 by their partner in crime then U.S. President George HW Bush for their Iran-Contra drug and gun running while 5,000 military, Intelligence Officers and others involved in Iran-Contra were arrested to silence. 2,500 were locked up with this Whistle blower in Springfield, Missouri also known as Siberia USA to permanently silence those who were working for what they thought were legitimate U.S. Covert operations of State which was not the case. They were working for the Illuminati’s Secret Shadow Government that had infiltrated the legitimate U.S.Government run by George HW Bush, Leonard Millman and Larry Mizel also known as AIPAC Espionage, Narcotics and Weapons Traffickers, Human Child Sex and Organ Traffickers and Financial thefts.
