I currently cannot afford the electric heating costs which have gone up $300 more than normal here in Topeka, Kansas. Temperatures have been -40 below zero at night I am renting a trailer which the water froze. I am currently trying to live in my landlords basement to keep warm. My old 1993 Chevy I have spent $3,000.00 in car problems in the past 6 months and now a new Radiator I am on social security disability because of 2 car crashes attempted murder of me. On my website stewwebb.com look for the picture of my destroyed work van on the interstate concrete barrier were I broke my neck which is still broken and put me out of business as a General Contractor. I have to go to a chiropractor every week to stay out of pain. Stew Webb served in the United States Marine Corps and was Honorable Discharge.
