I, Tom Heneghan, shall sign an executive order giving the Vice President, Stew Webb, full executive order power, the same powers that I would hold as your President.

We shall sign an executive order eliminating all previous executive orders that are illegal and contrary to the tenets of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights control.

We shall set up an Office of Criminal Roundup (OCR), which will be under the direction of the Vice President. This office will see to the cleanup of government corruption and the on-going arrests of those currently in government and outside of government, who are domestic enemies of The United States of America. As Vice President, I, Stew Webb, will further coordinate the arrests, indictments, and convictions of all current and former government officials and major corporate officers and directors, who have stolen from America through various frauds, including but not limited to, pension fund frauds, securities frauds, bank frauds, savings and loan frauds, HUD frauds, oil and gas frauds, and government contract frauds. Those who have committed murders in the name of National Security for their personal benefits, those, who have jailed innocent Americans to silence them, and those who have committed treason, sedition, and economic plunder upon America will be at the top of the list for roundup! This will encompass all federal agencies and employees thereof, who have covered up and obstructed justice for the criminals who have a stranglehold over America!

I, Stew Webb, will further coordinate The Office of Criminal Round Up, "OCR." I will insure the rights of all Americans to appear before a Federal Grand Jury to present evidence of any wrong being committed now or in the past against any and all Americans, by previous U.S. government officials, employees of the government, the courts, U.S. attorneys, corporate criminals, all state and local officials, prosecutors etc. Where Justice has not prevailed in the past, those Americans injured or harmed, will be allowed to present their case before a United States Citizen’s Federal Grand Jury. They will be afforded the opportunity to indict those who have committed criminal acts.

We will prosecute any public official, who has broken and violated their oath of office to uphold The United States Constitution.

We shall sign an executive order to reinstate common law, wherein individuals cannot be charged under bogus laws. Under common law if one injures, harms, or maims another, this individual can then can be charged with the crime thereof. Under common law, individuals have the right to reasonable bail, the right to present their evidence before a grand jury prior to indictment, the right to represent themselves before the courts without the presence of lawyers. Americans thereby have the right to redress grievances against those making the accusations without civil suits. Thomas Jefferson placed great emphasis on the concept of Rights. He said we did not bring the English Common Law, as such, to this continent; we brought the rights of man.

We shall abolish all laws that are unconstitutional, such as the 16th amendment (IRS) and The Trading with the Enemy Act 1913 & 1918. At the end of the 4-year-term, I, Tom Heneghan, shall sign an order abolishing the Emergency War Powers Act of 1933. This act will be needed for a while to rid America of all the crimes and corruption within government. We will insure that the tenets of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are upheld and strictly enforced!

We shall sign executive orders to arrest Lee Redick, the Inspector General of the United States Attorney Generals Office of Public Integrity. Lee Redick, George H. W. Bush’s cover-up front-man, has been directly responsible for the imprisonment of many federal whistleblowers and others. Redick further has obstructed justice, committed treason against America and will be arrested and tried accordingly. Other justice department personnel, including William Richard Scruggs, the Deputy United States Attorney, will be arrested for his crimes, including the Iran Contra scandal and his on-going complicity in drug smuggling. These are just two of dozens who will be arrested and tried. We shall appoint a United States Attorney General who will not be compromised or corrupted. We further shall put checks and balances back into the oversight of corruption within Government. "We shall reestablish the Federal Racketeering Offices." These Federal Racketeering offices were dismantled under George H. W. Bush because those within these offices repeatedly uncovered the criminal enterprises of George H. W. Bush and the Bush- Clinton Crime Family.

We shall sign executive orders, ordering the arrests of The Bush-Clinton Crime Family Members, including the corporate criminals, who stole your pension funds, and who have robbed and looted the U.S. Government and the people of America. Other crimes include treason, sedition, and economic plunder against America, narcotics trafficking, and selling weapons of mass destruction to foreign enemies in violation of The Barkley Cole Indenture Act. These violators have been known as "The Shadow Government within the Government." They have engaged in a private, on-going, Continuous Criminal Enterprise ,or "CCE" also known as "RICO", or Racketeering Influence and Corruption Organization. Among such continuous criminal enterprises, we find Iran/Contra, Weapons for Narcotics, Iraqgate-BNL Bank Scandal, Gulf War Syndrome, HUD fraud, Saving & Loan, Real Estate Loan Frauds, Oil & Gas Frauds, Securities Frauds, Chinagate, Enron, Citicorp, Global Crossings, Government Contract Frauds, Oil & Gold Derivatives frauds, which are currently forcing up oil prices, and many others too numerous to mention here.

We shall sign executive orders for the creation of immediate employment under the Department of Transportation to resurface all of America’s roadways, streets, highways, interstate freeways, with the assets confiscated from the Bush-Clinton-Crime-Family members. This program is estimated to cost 1.5-2 trillion dollars over 4 years. Every road in America will be resurfaced, including gravel roads. This will give immediate employment to Americans with jobs offering $15.00 an hour. This will be a temporary fix to unemployment until the New Free Enterprise Zone kicks in. These work efforts will take the homeless off the streets of America. It will help to get people off the welfare system, and can be used as a way for temporary employment as we downsize the federal government. Furthermore, these work efforts will allow for the repair of the hazardous bridges and roadways in America that have deteriorated due to the looting of America by the Bush-Clinton-Crime-Family members. The Grace Commission in the 1980s, under Ronald Reagan, estimated that a similar program would cost $750 billion dollars. We estimate with today's costs that this will be between of $1.5-2 Trillion Dollars, or less.

We shall order the arrest of anyone who belongs to a secret society, such as The Skull & Bones, The Knight Templars, The Council of 13, The Illuminati, The Council of Foreign Relations, The Trilateral Commission and The Church Of Satan. These secret societies have a common goal of a New World Order, One World Government, under the control of Satan and they are intent on the destruction of The United States Constitution as well as the destruction of America. Their common goal is to overthrow the United States of America and The Republic for which it stands, One Nation under God. This is treason, a federal offense, for which indictments will be brought.

I, Tom Heneghan, shall order the United Nations and all personnel to leave United States soil within 7 days from taking oath of office as your President. Any from this organization, who are left on this soil after the 7 days, will be arrested as domestic enemies of the United States of America. The United Nations was set up as a One-World Government, private enterprise to the detriment of the Constitution of the United States of America. It is used by international corporations as an enforcement arm for global occupation. The United States of America under Heneghan/Webb will end all activity with the United Nations and abolish all treaties of the past. The United States Military will withdraw from "NATO," the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and/or any other international organizations or proponents of the so-called "NEW WORLD ORDER," which weaken or destroy the U.S. national sovereignty or security or any rights of the American people as guaranteed by the Constitution. NATO today is being used by International Knights Templar bankers for the destruction of sovereign countries. It is taking over natural resources for the benefits of international corporations and international bankers. George W. Bush signed an executive order allowing NATO aircraft to fly over the United States of America. Today these aircraft are spraying microorganisms, chemicals, antibodies, aluminum, barium oxide, nickel, known dried blood samples and other suspected contaminants. This is further being done by the U.S. Air Force under "Operation Cloverleaf." This is deliberate biological and chemical warfare against the American people! Under The Heneghan-Webb Administration, this spraying shall cease and all guilty parties shall be prosecuted according to the dictates of the law! Executive Orders shall be signed to eliminate previous executive orders of George W. Bush, and we shall sign executive orders to shoot down all NATO or other aircraft flying over The United States of America without authorization. There will be no more New World Order poisoning of America’s skies and our soil.

We shall sign an executive order to abolish The Bush-Nazi Homeland Security Organization. We shall put an end to the US government’s spying on innocent Americans, including the Pentagon's Darpa program, which is run by convicted Iran/Contra felon Admiral John Poindexter, a weapons for narcotics dealer. We shall abolish all government agencies, which are contrary to the Constitution of The United States of America. We shall abolish the use of military within civilian law enforcement agencies and their use in enforcing civilian laws, which is in direct violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. Further, all exercises involving American Military shall be restricted to Military bases and the Borders of The United States of America. The Posse Comitatus Act will be reinstituted.

We shall sign executive orders to confiscate the assets of E-Systems of Dallas Texas and it's Parent Company Raytheon Corp., for their illegal treasonous acts against the United States of America. Treasonous Iran/Contra cocaine dealer and drug smuggler Col. Oliver North said, "E-System is known as "The Company." The Company is part of the illegal, "Shadow Government within the Government." This ongoing Continuous Criminal Enterprise "CCE," which falls under "RICO" Laws, is in violation of the Barley Cole Indenture Act. This treasonous enterprise will be put out of business under a Heneghan-Webb Administration. E-systems is also involved in the trafficking of kidnapped children for the purposes of sex slaves. E-Systems further imports narcotics into the United States of America. E-systems and the K-11 Satellites, also known as the Weststar Series of Satellites put into Orbit in the 1980s, was privatized under the NSC (Secretive National Programs Office) and headed up by Ollie North, an Iran/Contra player. Weststar, with the Inslaw Software now in effect, can monitor with voice recognition anyone's voice from any telephone throughout the world. Further, with this technology the Weststar Satellite/Inslaw combination can hear you through your telephone while your telephone is hung up. Furthermore, with this technology, the spies can watch your intimate life in your bedroom through your cable TV affiliate. E-Systems further operates assassination squads known as Division 4 of the CIA, and these assassination squads are called out to kill not only those in foreign countries but also Americans!

We shall Abolish the Brady Bill and the various, illegal Clinton and Bush Regime anti-gun laws, which are contrary to the Constitution of The United States of America and the Bill of Rights. The Bill Of Rights under The Constitution Of The United States Of America, Article II, states: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

We shall sign an executive order to eliminate the Federal Reserve Bank, which is not a federal governmental institution but a private banking criminal enterprise. It is a "CCE," an on-going Continuous Criminal Enterprise, "RICO," of international and national bankers who are intent on the destruction of America and the formation of a One World Government system. This banking system began to take control of America’s finances in 1913. As JD Rockefeller said, "In order to control a nation and its people, just take control of its banking and currency." This is what was allowed by previous, treasonous administrations and the Congress. Therefore, we shall eliminate the Federal Reserve Banking system on U.S. soil, seize the assets and real estate, and initialize a new banking system overnight in America. The United States of America will once again coin and print money, which is backed by the United States of America. The Constitution of The United States of America, Article 1, Section 8, gives the government the right to coin money, regulate the value thereof, and foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures and to provide for the punishment of counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States.

We shall sign an executive order ordering the abolishment of all national debt to the illegal Federal Reserve Banking System, which is choking America through its illegal usury. This illegal debt comprises nearly 70% of the national debt.

We shall sign executive orders eliminating Personal Income Tax. These illegal taxes do not go into the US Government Treasury but are paid to the Federal Reserves/International Monetary Fund.

We shall sign executive orders for the taxation on imports, exports, excise, alcohol, tobacco, and firearms as outlined under The Constitution of The United States. Currently, the US Government takes the money from the states of The Republic and then gives them back a few pennies on the dollar. Under this order the States will keep their taxes and will be responsible to the sovereign people of their respective states within The Republic. The control will go back to the state and county level of government. The United States Government will operate on import, export, excise, alcohol, tobacco and firearms taxes. The corporations will be taxed a flat 20% on gross earnings. The United States of America will operate without debt.

We shall sign an executive order taxing all foreign entities, corporations, trusts etc., a 25% flat tax to do business in America. Currently these foreign entities pay zero taxes.

We shall sign executive orders abolishing these illegal tax burdens on churches that keep the pulpit under governmental control. The Lord Almighty God did not intend for the churches to file tax returns. Gifts to the ministries were intented to be gifts not a tax deduction. Further, with the elimination of the illegal Federal Reserve and with personal income tax abolished, there will no longer be a need for tax deductions.

We shall sign an executive order to eliminate the CIA, "Criminals In Action" which has been controlled by a group of International Satanic Secret Society Members, known as The Council of 13, The Knights Templars, and The Bush-Clinton-Crime Family. The CIA-Council of 13 was responsible for the Murder of President John F. Kennedy. The second coup de' tat was known as, "1980 October Surprise," and the reelection of President Jimmy Carter. The third coup de' tat occured when President Bush was selected as President by friends of his father's on the Supreme Court. Al Gore actually won this election by 750,000 votes! This coup was carried out by rigged electronic voting machines, and the Bushes threatened Al Gore’s daughter if the duly elected President Gore did not concede! We shall overhaul these intelligence agencies to insure no American’s constitutional rights are infringed upon. We shall clean out corrupt agents within these agencies who are involved in narcotic trafficking and murder of Americans, obstruction of justice and many other crimes too numerous to mention here. It is estimated that 50% of the supervisory personnel inside these agencies works directly for The Bush Crime Family.

We shall seize the Assets of ARCO, Atlantic Richfield Oil Company. Their lease in Alaska, now a part of the Alaskan pipeline, was derived from illegal maneuvers of King Resources of Denver, Colorado. The revenues from this criminal enterprise will help fund the U.S. Treasury and insure that America is not dependent on foreign oil. We shall also seize Davis Oil Company of Denver, Colorado and their Texas Oil Refinery for treasonous acts committed during the 1970s of not fulfilling their U.S. Government contract to fill the U.S. Strategic Reserve with the Alaskan crude oil. Instead, they processed and sold this oil and dumped used oil in the U.S. Strategic Reserves. The U. S. cannot fly F-16 Fighter Jets with this used oil. This treasonous act has put the U.S. National Security at high risk. We shall further seize the assets of Unocal Oil Company due to its treasonous acts involving the 1980s, "October Surprise." We shall further seize all known assets involving oil, leases, and oil reserves, assets etc., of companies involving The Bush Crime Family. There is enough in U.S. Reserves of these assets, which have been stolen from America and its investors, to supply America's oil needs for a century.

We shall order the Department of Energy to immediately implement a program to design and build a model "free energy machine" from existing Nicola Tesla Designs, which can be reproduced for under $2,000.00 and made available to an American Company to start up mass production of these vital machines for all American households and businesses. U.S. Scientist Nicola Tesla developed free energy from two magnetic round disks turning against each other.

We shall bring forth the technology that exists today to develop fuel injection and carburetors that can achieve 100 plus miles per gallon.
